Spirulina chia seed pudding

  • 2 cups unsweetened plant milk (e.g. oat or soy milk)
  • 6 dates soaked 10 minutes and pitted
  • 4-6 tbsp fresh spirulina or 2-3 tbsp powdered spirulina
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  1. Blend the plant milk, dates, spirulina, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Pour the liquid into a bowl, and whisk in the chia seeds. Whisk well.
  3. Pour it into 6 jars or leave in the bowl.
  4. Place in the refrigerator to thicken at least 6 hours, or overnight.
